01The short version
Make things you would be comfortable showing the people in them. Generato is for creative work: photos, posters, characters, product shots, clips. It is not for deceiving, harming or exploiting anyone.
These rules apply to prompts, uploads and results, and to every model and tool in the studio. Model providers have their own rules too, and those apply as well.
02Real people
Only upload images of people who have agreed to it, or of yourself. Do not make a real person appear to say or do something they did not, in a way that could mislead or hurt them.
Do not use the talking avatar tool or any face tool on someone without their consent. Do not make sexual content of a real person, ever.
03Children
Never make sexual or suggestive content involving minors, real or fictional. Accounts that try are closed and may be reported to the authorities.
04Harm and hate
Do not make content that threatens, harasses or targets a person or a group, or that promotes violence or hatred based on who people are.
Do not make content that gives real help with weapons, serious crime or self harm.
05Deception and fraud
Do not make fake documents, fake receipts, fake reviews or fake news presented as real. Do not imitate a real company, product or person to trick people.
If you publish realistic generated media of real events or places, say that it was generated where a reasonable viewer could be misled.
06Other people's work
Do not upload work you do not have the right to use. Do not use the studio to copy a specific artist's work or a brand's logo for your own commercial use.
If you believe your work or likeness is used without permission, write to hello@generato.art and we will look at it.
07The service itself
Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or to get results without paying the listed credit cost. Do not resell access without an agreement.
08What happens if rules are broken
We may block a prompt, remove a result, pause features or close an account, depending on how serious the problem is. Where we can, we tell you what happened and why.
